Launching in January 2022, the ‘Tigers Pathways’ programme is a six-week course aimed at improving people’s skills and preparing them for employment, education or training.

This bespoke programme will be tailored towards the individual’s requirements, ensuring they get the relevant and appropriate support to suit their pathway.

Tigers Pathways Delivery Officer Amy Blinkhorn believes a programme like this is “extremely important” for the city.

She said: “This programme will provide equal opportunities for people in the community that may be facing barriers to gaining employment, education or training.

“We have the resources to break down those barriers and ensure everyone has the chance to succeed.

“We are adaptable and aim to provide tailored support for all, which in turn will allow users to access the labour market, get into education or training in an area they are passionate about.”

You are eligible for this programme if you are:

18+
Currently out of employment, education or training
