Able and Active sessions 

We provide inclusive sports sessions to help support individuals who have additional needs and requirements due to having a disability. These sessions are free to attend and are for young people aged 8-18 years! 
 
Due to ongoing circumstances and following safety guidelines, we have limited spaces of 15 participants per session on Monday and 20 participants per session on Thursday. Advanced bookings only. Please ensure you let us know within the booking form if the young person requires a carer to accompany them at the session. 
 
We are following Government and FA Safety guidance, please let us know within the booking form if you are exempt from wearing a mask or not- for entering the facility. Masks do not have to be worn during the session in the Arena Hall.

Monday - Tigers Trust Arena, 7pm-8.30pm 
Thursday - Tigers Trust Arena, 6pm-7:30pm

Visual Impairment Sports Session 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Our Visual Impairment (VI) session is open for ages 8-18 and consists of an hour playing multi sports that are adapted to help individuals with visual impairments and following this the group has some social time on our Arena café, where participants have a drink and chat. 
 
The sessions are relaxed and inclusive, and the participants choose the activities they would like to do the following week! 
Session Details: 
 
Tuesday - 6pm-7:30pm at the Tigers Trust Arena, Walton Street, Hull
