Walking Football
Love football, but not the pace? Join Tigers Trust’s inclusive Walking Football sessions every Monday and Thursday morning at the Tigers Trust Arena.
Walking Football is a slower-paced version of the game where players walk instead of run, reducing the physical impact while retaining all the enjoyment, teamwork and competitive spirit of football.
Designed for adults aged 55 and over, these sessions provide a fantastic opportunity to stay active, improve wellbeing and meet new people in a welcoming and supportive environment. After each session, participants can enjoy complimentary hot drinks and biscuits, offering the perfect chance to socialise and connect with fellow players.
The playing schedule will begin with registration at 9:45am, followed by the start of the session at 10:00am.
Cost: £4 per session
During selected school holiday periods and Hull Fair week, sessions will take place at the University of Hull Outdoor Pitches (60m x 40m). Please note that the post-session social element is not available at this venue, although the session price remains the same.
