Tigers Together
Everyone recognises the importance of exercise on your physical health, it is equally beneficial for people that want to improve their mental health.
We provide weekly football sessions for those (18+) living with mental health conditions to come together and develop their skills and feel better about themselves. We also provide opportunities to take part in matches and competitions both locally and nationally.
Sessions are delivered in a relaxed manner but competitive fixtures are organised if players wish to participate in tournaments.
We are now receiving referrals through social prescribing, and consequently we are now able to offer one session per week, please find session details below.
