Yesterday, students enrolled on the Tigers Trust's University of South Wales degree programmes were thrilled to visit the Hull City Training Ground as part of their course, seizing a valuable opportunity to enhance their learning.

In partnership with the EFL Trust and the University of South Wales, the Tigers Trust offers two fantastic degree options: FD Community Football Coaching and Development or FD Sports Coaching and Development.

The visit commenced with an immersive tour of the Training Ground's facilities, granting exclusive access to areas like the canteen, changing rooms, treatment room, and gym. This also included an engaging Question and Answer session with Kit Man & former Hull City player John Eyre in the laundry room!

After the enlightening behind-the-scenes tour, students had the fantastic chance to observe a first-team training session while diligently taking notes to enrich their own coaching techniques. This hands-on experience promises to positively influence their learning journey going forwards.

To cap off the visit, there was an insightful question-and-answer session with Hull City First Team Coach Andy Dawson. This sparked lively discussions among students on various coaching methodologies, tips, and strategies for managing different age groups.

A huge thanks to Hull City for hosting this enriching visit, and special gratitude to Andy for generously sharing his insights with the students.
