Inclusion is very much at the heart of everything the Tigers Trust does as an organisation.

In the 2020/21 season alone, the charity engaged with 175 children and young people who have a registered disability.

The Trust are now proud to have started delivering monthly inclusive dance sessions through their Premier League Kicks programme.

These free sessions run for those aged 8-18 who have a special educational need or disability, and this week’s session was the most popular yet.

The Trust's PL Kicks Disability Lead Officer Millie Sharp says it is vital that opportunities are provided for those who have limited access to physical activity.

She said: “It’s important that we can offer a wide range of activities to help engage more young people through sport.

“Having an inclusive dance session, which provides both a fun and relaxed environment, will certainly allow us to achieve this.”

The next Premier League Kicks Inclusive Dance session will take place on Monday 27th June (7-8pm) at the Tigers Trust Arena.
