Sally-Ann Brown signed up to the Tigers Trust's Tigers Pathways programme in February of this year and is now very much on her journey to employment.

Tigers Pathways is a free six-week programme aimed at improving employment skills and preparing people for employment, education or training.

Sally-Ann, 55, was made aware of the opportunity to sign up to the Tigers Pathways programme after seeing the advert on Facebook, so she reached out to Amy and Paul as she felt that she needed some extra guidance to support her pathways to employment.

Shortly after registering an interest in the programme, Amy and Paul met Sally-Ann in Hornsea to find out more about her interests and to find out what support they could assist with.

Across the last couple of months, the Tigers Trust has closely supported Sally-Ann with CVs and cover letters, applying for jobs and preparation for interviews.

With her newfound motivation to find employment, Sally-Ann started to apply for several jobs as a teaching assistant and the Tigers Trust was delighted to find out that she is now enrolled onto a Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools course.

Speaking about her success on the programme, Sally-Ann said:

"It has been a pleasure working with Paul and Amy, I have enjoyed their weekly visits. Their easy going nature, positive approach to life and professional attitude are a credit to them. I would highly recommend this service to anyone seeking help with employment or opportunities.”
