To mark the Premier League Supports campaign, we're celebrating 'One of Our Own' – an individual who has made an exceptional contribution to the Tigers Trust through our Premier League-funded activities.

Keane Parsons, 25, first attended the Premier League Kicks sessions as a participant when he was 14, and now inspires young people through the programme as a Social Inclusion Delivery Officer.

Before the start of a recent Premier League Kicks tournament, Keane was awarded with his 'One of Our Own' gifts in front of Tigers Trust staff and young people that he engages with throughout each week.

Speaking about his pride at being recognised for his work in the community, Keane said:

"I'm absolutely thrilled to have been named as the Tigers Trust's 'One of Our Own'. The Premier League Kicks programme has helped me massively in my life so far, and I'm proud that I'm able to make a difference in my local community to inspire the next generation."

Speaking about Keane's award, the Tigers Trust's Social Inclusion Manager Kayleigh Jackson said:

"Keane's journey forms the perfect inspiration for every child, young person and adult that we engage with. Having once been a participant himself, it's incredible to see how he's developed into an influential role-model amongst his local communities. Well done and thank you for everything that you do, Keane. You truly are One of Our Own.”
