Ellie Tanser discusses careers and opportunities in sport with Premier League Changemakers group

During one of the Tigers Trust's recent Premier League Changemakers sessions, Social Inclusion Team Leader Ellie Tanser discussed her career so far to a group of Year 7 girls at The Marvell College.
Premier League Changemakers is a programme that supports girls and young women to develop their personal skills and positive attitudes for leadership.
Ellie went through her career so far, from first engaging with physical activity to her role at the Tigers Trust now.
She also explained the importance of being a role model, and the different qualities and traits required to be a good leader.
The students were also asked to produce mindmaps based around themes discussed within the lesson.
