Attendees at the Tigers Trust’s Beverley Football Centre were left stunned after a surprise visit from Hull City’s Brandon Fleming last week.

Fleming, who is currently sidelined through injury, handed out medals to the children during the end of week presentation.

Speaking about the visit from Fleming, Football Centres Lead Alex Ellerington said: “It was great to be able to welcome Brandon to our Football Centre on Friday.

“You could see on the kids’ faces how ecstatic and delighted they were to be joined by a Hull City first-team player.

“Thank you to Brandon for coming down and interacting with the children; I’m certain it’ll be a day they’ll never forget!”

So far this summer, over 1,000 children aged 5-12 have taken part in the Tigers Trust’s Football Centres.

These take place during every school holiday across venues in Hull and East Riding, reaching out to venues such as Howden and Withernsea.
