Empowering Futures
Empowering Futures is a structured 10-week intervention programme designed to support students who are experiencing challenges with their behaviour and engagement in curriculum lessons. Throughout the programme, students are encouraged to reflect on and improve their behaviour choices while receiving consistent guidance, mentoring, and targeted support. Over the course of the 10 weeks, we work closely with each individual to build confidence, develop positive habits, and strengthen their attitude towards learning.
Progress and commitment are recognised and celebrated, with students earning the opportunity to take part in a rewarding Tigers Trust Away Day as a result of their positive changes. Ultimately, Empowering Futures aims to inspire every student to recognise and unlock their full potential, equipping them with the skills, resilience, and mindset needed to achieve success both in school and in their wider lives.
For further details about the programme, please do not hesitate to contact Amelia Andrew (Primary Education Manager) via email at [email protected] or by calling 01482 358384, where she will be happy to provide additional information, answer any questions, and guide you through the next steps.

Student Voices
"I think Empowering Futures has really helped me control my emotions and helped me learn in a fun way at the same time. This has helped me stop getting suspended from school as much and it makes me actually want to come to school. I tell them things that I find difficult and they help me know how to do it better next time." - Ronni

I can communicate with students and teachers much better now, which helps me resolve my issues in a much calmer manner. I feel so much happier in school now after completing this programme." - Rosie
