The Tigers Trust are looking to recruit an Administration Officer on a Part-Time basis. 
 
The successful applicant will aid the smooth day-to-day running of the Tigers Trust through leading on the design, implementation, co-ordination, and compliance of centralised business administrative functions. This will include staff standards and management of the staff central record, health and safety, contract management including IT, HR and policies. 
 
The Administration Officer role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Trust and provide key support across various administrative tasks. They will have a focus on overseeing compliance of the organisation to health and safety policies and training requirements. 
 
The role will also be responsible for implementing improvements to business processes and procedures as identified by the Senior Leadership Team, Fundraising Manager and Marcomms Manager. 
 
Human Resources 
 
Develop and oversee the recruitment administrative processes, from advertising to onboarding the successful candidates in line with the organisational values. This includes DBS and Safeguarding administration in partnership with the Head of Community Engagement and Safeguarding. 
 
Effectively organise and manage personnel record keeping, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations. 
 
Management of staff training including maintaining the central records on renewal dates, working with the Senior Leadership Team to embed the Tigers Trust Training and Development Plan. 
 
Business Functionality 
 
Developing and delivering implementation plans for new processes including overseeing IT migration to The Cloud 
 
Management of the organisations’ policies ensuring they are fit for purpose, stored accordingly on Breathe HR and reviewed in a timely manner as required by the Board 
 
Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with the CCOP submission 
 
Support programme managers with CRM reporting when required 
 
Assist with organising meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and filing records when required 
 
Be the main contact point at the reception area during the working week 
 
Ensure the effective and efficient running of a busy office
