The Tigers Trust are seeking to procure a consultant or agency to lead a leadership and culture development programme. The purpose of this work is to embed the new organisational structure and support our people to develop, grow and lead.
Tigers Sport and Education Trust is the Club Community Organisation (CCO) for Hull City Football Club. We seek to inspire communities, improve health and wellbeing and create pathways to education and employment opportunities
We want to:
Raise standards across the organisation
Create a shared understanding of high performance and associated behaviours
Create greater understanding of each other as individuals within a team
Create consistent ways of working across all teams within the organisation
Improve and embed organisational processes
Tigers Trust has a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) comprising of the Director of Community and 4 Heads (2 posts are currently vacant). There is a Senior Management Team (SMT) that consists of SLT, the Arena Programme Manager and Business Office Manager which focuses on operation.
In the last two months we have completed an organisational restructure that has included creating a new manager layer within the organisation. The nine Managers are responsible for programme oversight and line management of staff.
There are several cultural and procedural changes required to get the organisation into the strongest place for growth in the coming years. Work needs to take place at all levels including:
Whole organisation
Line managers
Teams including senior leadership
Individual
We are specifically keen to develop the organisational understanding and expectations across the following areas:

We would expect the following from any organisation appointed
Consultation across the staff body before designing the programme detail
A realistic timetable for delivery will be developed with Tigers Trust with group work predominantly taking place over August and September 2025.
Development of a multi-faceted approach that includes whole staff, small group, and 1:1 elements over several months.
An understanding of the make-up of our workforce and the needs and diversity of staff including neurodiversity.
Awareness of safeguarding and compliance to our safeguarding standards
Respect of Tigers Trust organisational data by being confidential, sensitive and GDPR compliant
Ongoing contact and agreed follow ups to support implementation and measure progress
Evidence of a commitment to environmental sustainability
The estimated value for this contract is between £12,000 - £17,000 (inclusive of VAT and all expenses).
Decisions will be taken on which proposal reflects the best overall value and quality of what is proposed. Tigers Trust reserve the right to not take a decision purely based on price. All proposals will be scored and evaluated before shortlisting up to three applicants for meeting.
