On Day 2 of Trustee Week, we continue to celebrate the importance of quality and committed Trustees. Another local quality and skilled professional is Vicky Stabler who has supported our transitional journey over the recent years since joining as a Trustee in 2019. 
 
Vicky Stabler is a HR Consultant and owner of HRME, a small HR firm that supports local SME’s, founded in February 2017. Vicky has over 25 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment, with significant experience of working in both the public and private sector at a Senior Levels and having responsibility for HR, Training and Development, and Recruitment. Her experience covers KCOM, Humberside Police and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. Vicky’s experience is wide ranging including specialism’s in motivational programmes, employment legislation and employee relations including TUPE transfers (both in/out), disciplinaries, grievances and absence management. 
 
Vicky expressed her delight at being a Trustee: ‘I am proud of the Trust's commitment to foster inclusivity and support for underprivileged and minority groups. The Trust's initiatives not only promote health and activity but also provide a sense of belonging and safety in our community. Together, they continue to champion these values and make a lasting impact on so many people.’ 
 
CEO Catherine Bishop commented: ‘Since joining the Board in 2019 Vicky has been interested in supporting the Trust journey and impact, and also the Trust team. Ensuring they have a quality experience being part of the Trust team. Vicky has been great support when reviewing our Staff Handbook and more recently developing our People Plan.
