Hello guest

We want to celebrate the importance of quality and committed Trustees during Trustees' Week 2024.

The Trust is lucky to have a range of quality and skilled professionals who have supported our transitional journey over the recent years. Thank you to you all for your time, commitment and support. Each day this week we will focus on one of our Trustees as they have been asked what being a Trustee for the Tigers Trust means to them. Today our spotlight is on Stephen Logan.

He is Principal at Healing Academy which is part of the Harbour Learning Trust Family of Schools and he also holds positions as National Careers Week CIC Director and North East Lincolnshire Skills Board Member.

Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our Board and is passionate about careers education, curriculum, teaching, inclusion, SEND, leadership development, High Performance, learning and running; all of which are qualities the Trust benefits from by Stephen being a Trustee.

Stephen commented on his role of a trustee: “I am proud to be a Trustee at the Tigers Trust. They make such a difference to lives of such a wide and diverse range of people across our community. I always come away truly humbled, inspired and grateful to play such a very small part in a wonderful organisation.”

Chief Executive Catherine Bishop said: “I love working with Stephen who brings an enormous amount of skills and knowledge to the Board. As the Trustee lead for safeguarding, his position is vital to everything we do as a Trust, keeping people safe whilst engaging in our activities and services. Stephen is not afraid to challenge, but always constructively to initiate discussion and brings a fresh approach to discussion. Thank you to Stephen for all his support and dedication as a Trustee for the Tigers Trust”.
