The Tigers Trust was delighted to welcome local businesses to a truly unique Traitors themed networking event at the MKM Stadium on Thursday 26 March.

The evening offered organisations from across the region an exclusive chance to connect, take part in an immersive team experience, and discover the ongoing community impact delivered by the Trust.

The event began in the 1904 Lounge, where guests from a wide range of industries gathered for what became one of the Trust’s most innovative and entertaining networking sessions to date. Throughout the evening, attendees also heard powerful stories highlighting the Trust’s life changing work, brought to life through a series of inspiring case study videos.

As darkness fell, teams ventured into different areas of the stadium including the home dressing room, dugout, and media suites, where they were challenged to complete a mission filled with mystery and misdirection. Creative problem solving tasks, light hearted competition, and plenty of suspicion set the tone as faithfuls and traitors worked to crack clues, overcome challenges, and reach each new location. Meanwhile, the traitors did their best to secretly derail their teammates’ progress with playful “murders” along the way.

The atmosphere throughout the stadium was vibrant and energetic, with laughter and teamwork shaping every moment. Guests took full advantage of the stadium setting, capturing photos in iconic spaces and enjoying an experience that felt fresh, interactive, and genuinely memorable.

During the evening, businesses also had the chance to learn about the Trust’s partnership opportunities, exploring how collaboration can support community programmes while offering meaningful benefits and visibility to partner organisations.

As the night drew to a close, teams submitted their final guesses to reveal who had been loyal and who had been sabotaging their journey. The event concluded with plenty of excitement and a well received buffet provided by Tiger Events

Attendees shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, including:

“Really well organised, such a different spin on a networking event, and that’s what sold it!”
“A great networking opportunity and fun too. I met people I wouldn’t normally speak to, which was really useful.”
“I wish all networking events were this fun.”
“Very enjoyable, tense, and a brilliant way to meet new people. It would make an excellent team building activity.”

The Tigers Trust would like to thank every business that attended and contributed to the success of this exciting event. Your energy, enthusiasm, and willingness to embrace the theme helped create something truly special.
