The Tigers Trust has been working with Hull City Council as part of a Consortium to develop the Active Through Football programme for Hull to improve activity levels across our communities.
This is an exciting opportunity which to develop with partners and take the lead for the Trust on delivering this programme across the City, working with the Project Officer based in Hull Culture and Leisure (HCaL) to develop this 5 year delivery programme.
The programme aims to increase activity levels of young people (16-19 years) and people from diverse ethnic communities.
Hull City Council and Hull Culture and Leisure Ltd will lead this programme alongside the Tigers Trust and others, who will work together to deliver the scheme which aims to tackle inequalities by delivering high-quality formal and informal football and recreation opportunities.
This role will take a lead on the establishing and maintaining community engagement with the aim to develop a range of activities from informal turn up and play sessions, walking football, Futsal sessions and Tournaments.
