The Tigers Trust are looking for a Health and Wellbeing Project Coordinator to join our passionate and fantastic team!
The role involves working alongside our key partners including Forum, Hull University Teaching Hospitals, Hull City Council and key local sports partners to support people in Hull who are on waiting lists where physical activity has been identified as having a positive impact on their condition.
You will ensure patients referred into the pilot programme will also have access to generic social prescribing support and welfare advice services as and when required whilst they remain on the waiting list.
It is well documented the impact Covid has had on increasing waiting lists therefore the aim of this pilot will support improved wellbeing whilst helping ease burden.
