Vicky Stabler is a HR Consultant and owner of HRME, a small HR firm that supports local SME’s, founded in February 2017.

Vicky has over 25 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment, with significant experience of working in both the public and private sector at a Senior Levels and having responsibility for HR, Training and Development, and Recruitment. Her experience covers KCOM, Humberside Police and the East Riding of Yorkshire Council. 

Vicky’s experience is wide ranging including specialism’s in motivational programmes, employment legislation and employee relations including TUPE transfers (both in/out), disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.

Personally, Vicky has always been a keen sportsperson, playing hockey, cricket and tennis for her local clubs. She is a Rainbows Leader for children aged 5-7, part of Garton School fundraising committee and is a qualified cricket coach with the intention of getting more girls into the sport. Vicky is keen to inspire youngsters to progress through sport.

Vicky joined the Trust in 2019.
