Neil is a local lad and has worked in change management for over 20 years in various roles and is currently Head of Business Improvement at arco. He also supports colleagues with their personal development in his role as a coach/mentor.

Over the years Neil has undertaken a number of voluntary roles in the local community including being a school governor and a member of the Humber Business Week Steering Group.

Neil lives locally, is married to Janet with two daughters Beth & Jess, supports Hull City and is a middle of the pack runner and triathlete.

He joined the Board of Trustees in 2016 and has helped reshape the Trust over recent years.

When asked why he volunteers as a Trustee, Neil states

"I have been a huge admirer of the excellent work the Tigers Trust for many years. To be given the opportunity to serve on the Board and help support the positive impact The Trust has on the local community was too good to turn down and it’s a pleasure and a privilege to serve the brilliant Team."
