An independent charitable organisation responsible for linking Hull City Football Club with its community. Since 1990 we have taught football and have gradually grown and developed with new funded projects which now involve; various sports, health and well-being programmes and enterprise and employability courses.
Professional sport and professional sportspeople provide the inspiration and motivation to make a difference. Success requires dedication and commitment, and as a representative of a high profile sport we aim to influence the lives of local people, especially the young.
We are both responsive to local need, and set ourselves priorities:-
1. To help children and young people get off to the best possible start in life by supporting their personal, physical, social and emotional development.
2. To raise aspirations of young people and help them to realise their potential by enabling them to make a positive contribution to society.
3. To reduce barriers to sports participation.
Why we get involved in our community
Like a growing number of corporate organisations the Premier League, Football League and Professional Footballers Association understands their social responsibilities and fulfils it through a network of charities like us.
Partnerships enhance and widen our impact. Therefore, we are keen to develop relationships with other committed organisations.
