Come and get trained the Tigers way and be a part of our "Football Community". We’re providing men with an opportunity to take part in our own football based health and fitness programme. No previous experience required!
The format for each session includes a warm-up, football exercise and a game. Within the first 3 weeks, participants will undergo a 15 minute Health MOT, this includes: height, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), blood pressure, lung capacity, strength and flexibility.
The programme is delivered by an ex-Hull City player and our team of qualified Health Trainers, the staff will be on hand to offer the players one-to-one support or if required direct them to specialist services.
Course One:
Where: KC Stadium Astroturf (involves Steve Brentano)
When: Saturday's 10am-11.30am
Course Two:
Where: Winifred Holtby Sports Pavilion (involves Andy Saville)
When: Monday's 7pm-8pm (starts 17 January)
