Able & Active

The club will provide an opportunity for children, young people and adults with a disability to come and learn new skills and achieve success with quality coaching and competition.

The friendly staff will make everyone welcome by creating an enjoyable environment, this includes family and friends of participants. The aim is to develop the necessary skills required to play the following sports: football, basketball, handball, volleyball, short tennis and more.

The club is held on Monday nights at:

17:30 - 19:30.

Cost: First session FREE, then £2 per session (pay on the day)
